Terms of Service

By accessing or using BWM, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use BWM on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Each affiliate may maintain a single account unless expressly authorized otherwise. Accounts created to manipulate tracking or payouts will be suspended.

You agree to promote programs honestly and in compliance with applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements. Prohibited practices include cookie stuffing, incentivized traffic, trademark bidding, spam, and misleading claims.

Brands may set additional program-specific guidelines. Violating a brand's guidelines may result in removal from that program and forfeiture of related commissions.

Commissions are earned on qualifying transactions attributed to your trackable links within the applicable cookie window. Commissions become payable after the program's refund and review period.

Payouts are processed monthly once your balance exceeds the $50 minimum threshold. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions resulting from fraudulent, reversed, or non-compliant transactions.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law.

Upon termination, any earned and compliant commissions above the minimum threshold remain payable in the next standard cycle.

BWM is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
